Sam is the Managing Director of J-Flex, a second generation family business in the East Midlands.
Since his appointment, Sam has introduced an ambitious new Vision and Strategic Plan that has provided the company with clarity and focus. Under Sam’s leadership, J-Flex has been named in the Top 3 Family Businesses in the Midlands and was crowned Company of the Year at the North Notts Business Awards, whilst Sam was named Young Director of the Year at the Institute of Directors East Midlands Awards.

Sam continues to drive positive change at J-Flex, and is supported by a newly appointed Senior Leadership Team and a highly sought-after family business mentor and non-executive director.
Prior to J-Flex, Sam spent 10 years in the media industry, working in the radio sector for both BBC and Commercial radio stations.
